Hello, been looking at Tourans for the past week, what I realy want is way out my price range so I might have to compromise.
Would really like 2.0 TDI Sport in Black with less that 50,000 on the clock, preferably under £ 8,000.
Would settle for the 1.9 TDI as can be seen already this engine modeled car before, so know what it can achieve
Currently own a Black Audi A2 TDI Sport, and prior to that SEAT Altea 1.9 TDI Reference Sport. You can see the common denominator here. Sport model preferred.
I am based in Fareham, Hampshire and would like any offers of help in finding the right Touran.
Have been lookin on Autotrader, Ebay, PistonHeads, is there any good sources ??
Speak soon.

Your going to have to spend a bit more, I did look at a 55 plate 1.9 TDi S with 50 on the click for 7k but it had no history. So left it, lots of 1.6S about but some are silly money, I looked at 10 before getting one, ended up putting another £1800 toy budget to get a an SE with 31k it's 2.0 petrol, 150PS so it's V nippy, getting 35-37 Mpg won't do more than 10k a year I'm happy.

I paid over £8K last August for mine, 2006 2.0 Tdi sport with full leather interior which had 90K with full VAG service history, so scoring one with low miles for that sort of cash would be a bargain since then it has had new DMF and clutch, new shocks, new disks and pads, and a new turbo which was most expensive, also done the timing belt at water pump when the turbo went. Like the previous member said if you up the budget and go for a lower miles car then it will save you the hassle. So in the end I have spent over £1,5k on the car and I am pretty sure for £9,5K I could of scored a low mile ran, but on the other end of the scale I can now rest assured that all has been done and hopefully get another 90K no problem :P

Well finally to get hold of Touran, should be picking it up in the next 10 days.
Got an 05/54 1.6 FSI 5 seater with 36k on the clock ansd one previous owner.
Rearly nice motor, drives very well. Can't wait to get it really and put my finer touches to it.
Running on Steels, but looking at alloys for the future.
What the best mats available apart from genuine ones. Anyone using ones from MrCarMats, seem really good quality and with an extra 20% at the mo seems a good deal.
